Refund policy

We want you to love your CozyDip mug. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in the original packaging, with proof of purchase (your order number).

How to start a return

Email us at cozydip.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send your item to. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your mug is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You won't need to send the item back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
