Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping rates
- FREE standard shipping on orders of 2 or more mugs
- $4.99 standard shipping on single-mug orders
Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (not including weekends or holidays). Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of ordering. During the holiday season, carrier delays can add a few extra days, so we recommend ordering early for Christmas.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days, email us at cozydip.co@gmail.com with your order number and we'll look into it and make it right.
Damaged items
If your mug arrives damaged, see our Return and Refund Policy. We'll replace or refund it free of charge.
